It weighs only 24 pounds. without attachments for infant car seats. It's quite light for a twin stroller. It is slightly heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista V2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 Double.

The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide, and is easy to use. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn't have a canopy built-in therefore your children will require their own sunshades if you require extra protection from the elements.

Through our tests, we found that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It is able to navigate through most types of terrain, but it can be difficult with grassy areas as well as over gravel. It can be difficult to maneuver over and up 1-inch curbs. This stroller is not recommended to use on a slope or off-road, but its suspension system will help to minimize bumps.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container but it's not easy to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers. However, Joovy does offer a separate under-seat baby carrier bag that can assist with this issue.

The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage options, but we'd prefer a little more versatility from our strollers. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a benefit, however, as it allows parents to place their children's infant car seats in opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their needs.
